How is the product shipped?
Shipping and Handling- Items are usually shipped within 3 to 5 days of orders received providing payment is received. You will receive an email with your order tracking number once the item is dispatched from our outbound center. Deliveries are made Mondays to Saturdays excluding US public holidays. Standard shipment usually takes approximately 9 to 14 business days in delivery. Depending on availability and merchandise ordered items may take up to 15 business days to be delivered, excluding weekends and holidays. Items on back order may have extended delivery time pending on the availability of the particular product.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Any issue regarding damage to goods on arrival or otherwise should be directed towards our customer service center at email@example.com. Any customer who wishes to cancel or change an order, email request up to one hour after placing order, along with billing information used on the initial order, your request, and any concern to firstname.lastname@example.org. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, kindly get in touch with us prior to mailing the item back to the forwarding address.
